Don’t deprive yourself of dessert

I usually like to round off my meals with a little dessert or something sweet in the evening.

Often that means low-fat yogurt with some blueberries on top, but sometimes it means double chocolate chunk-peanut butter-swirl ice cream with chocolate and caramel sauce poured over it.

I know I shouldn’t eat that very often, but depriving myself of it completely is too hard.

Through the magic of Twitter, I found the 24 Best and Worst Desserts from the Eat This Not That web site, one of my new favorites.

Enjoy, but not every day!

    Love the “Eat This Not That” books. Cool to see how simple switches can save mega calories. That said, I’m not giving up the occasional pieces of chocolate cheesecake!
