The votes continues to roll in for both Mark Burgtorf and Lonnie Bailey in what is building toward a classic week of balloting in the championship round of the King of the Ring online tournament, which has matched current former Quincy Raceways track champions.
At 1:58 p.m. Tuesday, both Burgtorf and Bailey had collected 36.1 percent of the ballot. Hank DeLonjay sat third with 11.9 percent. Michael Long, Steve Fraise and Eddie Dieker rounded out the six-man finals field.
Voting continues through Sunday night. The month-long tournament began with 17 drivers who had won two or more track titles.
