The Quincy Raceways track championship Justin Reed won Sunday is already starting to pay dividends. Reed’s title has elevated him to No. 10 in the all-time ranking for late model drivers. The championship also moved him into the No. 5 spot during the IMCA era (since 1998).

Our rankings award points on a 15-10-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 basis to the drivers who finish in the final top 10 points positions each season. Their career totals in this respect then form the rankings. We update the rankings in each class at the end of each division’s points season. The final night of points racing for the last models was Sunday night. The other classes end Sept. 18.

Here’s a look at the updated late model top 10′s for both the 37-year history of the Bullring and during the IMCA era.

Kirkhams car is for sale…. Now is he wanting to sell it and to not come back or does he want to sell it and have a new one sitting waiting to be used. would hate to lose him as a race car driver. Always makes me nervous with those for sale signs on their cars!!!
