HELLTOURimagesATTICA, Ohio — Quincy Raceways driver Dustin Griffin can clinch fifth place in the 2013 UMP Summer Nationals Hell Tour Friday night with any sort respectable showing in the next-to-last race in this year’s series.

Griffin is too far away from fourth-place Ryan Unzicker, who left the tour a week ago, to move any higher in the final standings. But the Camp Point, Ill., driver holds a semi-comfortable 135-point lead over sixth-place Jason McBride.

Friday’s race is at Attica Raceway Park in Attica, Ohio, followed by the finale on Saturday night at Oakshade Speedway in Wauseon, Ohio.

Hell Tour points standings:
Brandon Sheppard, 1,563 points
Bobby Pierce, 1,520
Shannon Babb, 1,393
Ryan Unzicker, 1,282
Dustin Griffin, 1,098
Jason McBride, 963
