medalsGold medal: Randy Rigg

“Most people don’t know that the head modification that Mark had didn’t amount to a hill of beans as far performance enhancement and almost every Chevy L/M motor of other competitors had the same thing done on their heads. The people that binifited from this are Brodex and IMCA from the sales and stamp kick back of the sales of new heads. Every one was gun shy after marks deal and replace their heads with new uncut heads. Every time A part is sold with the IMCA stamp they make a percent of the cost of that part. When IMCA makes Rule changes they make money racers loose money.”

Silver medal medal: bullringfan

“Yeah, I am sure Burgtorf never got teched in all the races, national championships, deery brothers titles he won while IMCA racing…he gets caught ONE time with an engine that the heads are illegal on(which he didn’t build or most likely didn’t even know it was illegal)and he was cheating ALL THE TIME…..what a joke…. ”

Bronze medal: chuck ancell

“first tony was forced into ump mods when quincy raceways droped the b mod class second tony is one of the top 5 sportmods in the country third he has won big races in sportmods and tony and brandon brown have helped several of the quincy guys get there race cars faster just watched him get second place to a whole field of fast sportmods at donnelson ia a few weeks back was no cherry picking going on there.”

NASCAR just did an awesome segment of how the racers got or picked their number. Think that would be awesome to know with all the Quincy drivers. I sometimes wonder well where did that number come from I know that’s not their age ;)
